Many thanks to Ann Roberts who sent in this image. She lived on Old Christchurch Road as a child and teenager from the 40's - 60's.
Ann comments on this photo, "I am stood at the beginning of Dean Park Crescent and looking across to Fir Vale Road. Trolley buses were still being used. Bourne Radio's shop can just be seen on the left hand side, with the Pearl Assurance offices above."
