We are trying to trace a branch of family who we believe moved to Bournemouth in the late 1930s. If you are a Smith and any of the following is relevant to your family history please get in touch. I am looking for a Smith (first name may have been Leonard but not 100% sure)who moved to Bournemouth late 1930's from Birmingham with his wife. I understand either he or his father ran a garage in Vicarage Road, KIngs Heath when in Birmingham. When he moved to Bournemouth he may have opened a Dance Hall/Studio. I know this is a long shot but if it sounds like your father or grandfather please get in touch!
